Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning,coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of all site-related activities, ensuringthat projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
3.Monitor site progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
4.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
5.Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may arise during project execution.
6.Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to upper management.
7.Manage project budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
8.Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2.Auto Cad Knowledge Required
3.Proven experience in site/project management or similar roles.
4.Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8.Experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
9.Knowledge of site safety and environmental regulations.
